２０２２年８月２日、久しぶりに滞在アーティストのトーク会を行いました。
For the first time in a while, Tenjinyama Art Studio had an artists talk event by the residents on Aug. 2nd.
最初は、Ｔｉｍ＆Puma Mimiのお二人。スイスに住むミュージシャン、一家で滞在中です。
The event started with a presentation by Tim & Puma Mami, a musician duo. They are spending time in Tenjinyama with their kids, temporarily leaving Switzerland.
メインの音楽活動を中心に、キュウリを楽器にしたり、コミュニティスペースを運営したりと様々な活動を展開中。
It is not their only job to make music. They also transform ordinary cucambers into musical instruments and run a community space.

次に、天神山常連アーティストのＢｏａｔさん。
Up next was Boat Zhang. Tenjinyama already knows this artist very well, but we always want to know more.
彼女は今回、２ヶ月間小学校の先生（図工・美術の時間）として滞在中。 ココ⇒ 田中学園立命館慶祥小学校
Her stay this time was on the purpose of teaching at a local primary school. Boat has been responsible for art and craft classes last 2 months, having been invited by Tanaka Gakuen Ritsumeikan Keisho Elementary School.
小学校で先生をやりながらも、展示に向けて創作活動を行っていたようで、とても忙しそうでした。
On top of her teaching job, Boat was on preparation for her upcoming exhibition. No wonder why she looked so busy!
次に小西さん。東京からやってきた彼女は、知り合いから天神山を知ってやってきました。口コミってすごいですね。
This is Sawa Konishi. She ended up at Tenjinyama having heard about this place from one of her acquantances. How powerful reputations can be!
丁寧な作品が多く、コンセプトも面白いですね。みんな、ホント個性が強い。
Her works are delicate and have unique concepts.
で、そんな小西さん。嬉しい事に天神山で展示を行う事になりました！！
You've got a chance to acutally see her work -- Konishi san is opening her solo show at Tenjinyama soon!
新型コロナウイルスがミンクから人に感染したとして、デンマークでは１５００万匹以上のミンクを殺処分することになりました。
その事実を知り、ミンクの作品を制作していた小西さん、ここ北海道でもかつてミンク養殖業が営まれていたことを知ります。
その不思議な縁を通じて、展示を以下の日程で予定しております。
期間 2022年8月4日（木）～8月6日（土）
場所 さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオ 展示スペース、和室
時間 9:00～21:00（8/6展示は18:00まで）
The works to be exhibited are based on the report from Denmark. People there decided to put down more than 15 million minks, suspecting the possible causal relationship in regard to the Covid-19 infection from minks to humans. A while after Konishi san began making a new artwork about minks, she also learned that in Hokkaido, people used to culture minks.
The show is scheduled as follows:
Aug. 4th - 6th, 2022
At Exhibition Space and Japanese Room in Sapporo Tenjinyama Art Studio
From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (*to 6 p.m. on Aug. 6th)
そして最後に、前田さんです。
To conclude the night, Yuzuru Maeda delivered her presentation.
静かな雰囲気で始まったプレゼンですが、、、
It started in such a calming atmosphere. But, the contents were quite the opposite of what we sensed.
内容のインパクト強すぎ！！！
全身タイツでウォーキングする、参加型パフォーマンスZentai Walk。インパクト！！
しかも、全世界あっちこっちで開催しており、凄まじい活動力です。
This is called Zentai Walk, where participants walk around in their full body stretchy attire. What an impression.
Maeda san has been conducting this performance in different places, all around the world. The energy behind the expansion leaves me speechless.

こんな感じでのんびりと行ったアーティストトーク。久しぶりでしたが面白かったですね。
中央のホールであれば、換気もよくいい感じでできる事が分かりました。
またこんな感じで、ちょこちょこやってみたいですね。

It was after a while since our last artist talk, but it was --as we knew-- very cheery.
We also found out that the Exchange Salone may be the best place for such gathering, as it enables a nice ventilation within the space.
We're already thinking about the next talks to prepare for.
