We have a small garden in front of the Art studio.

これは、ロシア料理の代表格「ボルシチ」を作るときに使う赤カブ。
英語でビーツと呼ぶらしいですが、ロシア語だとスビョークラ(Свёкла)です。
多分、9月～10月ぐらいに収穫できるんじゃないかと思います。
その際には、ロシアンパーティーですね。
This is Beetroot which is used in the famous Russian soup"Borscht"
Beetroots are called Свёкла in Russian.
We hope we can harvest them around September and October.
After the harvest, we'll have a Russian party.
畑は地域ボランティアの方々のお力を借りて、
日々、こんな感じで進んでおります。
Our garden can only get better with the help of volunteers!
