さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオです。
最近の天神山は、お天気にも恵まれ、桜が満開の良い時期を迎えております。
先週の土曜日（4/29）には、ゴールデンウイークという長期休暇の始まりということもあり、様々な方々が来館されにぎわっておりました。
１Fの談話交流では、フランスのパリ出身・在住の絵本画家Gaelle Pelachaud （ガエル・プラショー）さんによる 絵本づくりワークショップが開かれました。予定では、12名程の定員だったのですが、
飛び入り参加者さんなどもいて、計16名の方々に来ていただきました。
Hello, this is Tenjinyama Art Studio. It's all blooming up here on the mountain last couple of weeks.
On April 19th, we had a picture-book-making workshop by Gaelle Pelachaud.
みなさん、それぞれ絵本の題材にしたい雑誌の切り抜きや、思い出の写真などを持ち込まれ、個性豊かなアイデアを共有するところから始まりました。まずは、Gaelleさんが作成した絵本の型となる形3種類を見せていただき、参考にしながら切ったり貼ったり。
Participants brought cut-outs from magazines and private photos, and with them, had some moments to share one's ideas for the books. At the beginning of the proccess, Gaelle shared three different forms as prototypes of the books, so that participants can make a reference.
中には、北広島から、このワークショップのためにご参加いただいた方もいらっしゃいました。先日、中央区にあるAlliance Francaise Sapporo (札幌アリアンス・フランセーズ）にて開催されたGaelleさんのレクチャーに参加され、Gaelleさんの絵に惹かれ、今回のワークショップにも参加となったようです。
Some of the participants visited here all the way from Kitahiroshima City, located next to Sapporo. They told us they'd decided to join this event following their participation in Gaelle's lecture, held a few days before at Alliance Francais Sapporo. What a precious encounter!
4歳の娘さんと一緒に作った「鯉のぼり」かわいいですね！
Koi nobori (*traditional carp streamer for Japanese "Children's Day") crafted by a four-year-old child and one's parent.
こちらは、10歳の女の子が作成したもので、お花の写真と自分で描いた動物たちの組み合わせが、ほっこり幸せ感ただよいますね。
This one's by a ten-year-old, beautifully put with photography of flowers and hand-drawn animal illustrations. The combination is 10/10.
出来た作品はこんな感じ！ この方は、自分の家の庭にあった桜の木が病気になり伐採となり、思い出になればと写真を持参され、色合いを工夫しながら、木の枝が八方に広がりを見せるような形状で絵本を完成させていました。
Here's one of the final products of the day! The author of this book brought pictures of trees of cherry blossoms, once lively in one's own garden but eventually turned indisposed and was cut down. The arrangement of total colours and forms of the blanches was especially carefully designed.
遠景に見えるのは、なじみ深いニセコの羊蹄山です！組み合わせが面白い1枚の絵となってます。
