さっぽろ天神山アートスタジオの1F中央の交流サロンにて、10月15日(土)18：00より
滞在アーティストらによるアーティスト・トークを久しぶりに開催しました！
今回は、とても国際色豊かな交流となりました。
滞在アーティスト参加者：
Rogerio Soares (ロジェリオ)、Jack Mclean (ジャック)、Laine Cunningham (レイン)、Meitao Qu (メイタオ)、Hoa Thanh Nguyen(ホア)
最初のプレゼンテーションは、この人。Rogerio! 天神山には、9月初旬より2ヶ月ほど滞在しています。その間に、豊かな天神山緑地内や、真駒内公園、芸術の森、中島公園、精進川などを何と全て徒歩で歩き回り、映像や写真、音などの収集に明け暮れていた話を、最近撮影した写真などをプロジェクターで見せてくれながら、語ってくれました。

お次は、ベトナム出身で、油絵をロシアのサンクトペテルブルクで5年ほど学び、現在は、オーストラリアに住んでいる、Hoa(ホア)さんです。
移民が乗っていた舟の絵の数々を見せてくださり、歴史の表舞台では見えにくいような国境の問題について語ってくれました。
Jack Mclean (ジャック) さん。ジャックさんは、田中学園で小学生にアートを教えながら、このさっぽろ天神山アーとスタジオでは、自身の制作にも励んでいます。天神山の環境が、「無」になれるので制作に集中できるそうです。
彼がこの天神山に滞在している3ヶ月ほどの期間で制作した絵画を展示する展覧会を開催します。

Another artist talk was held on Oct. 15th at the Exchange Salon of Tenjinyama Art Studio. With artists from different regions outside Japan, massive miscellaneousness guided us through the session.
Artists: Rogerio Soares, Jack Mclean, Laine Cunningham, Meitao Qu, Hoa Thanh Nguyen
Our first presenter was Rogerio Soares. Since early September, the artist has been working from the mountain. The focal point of the talk was about trotting places, which for the artist is synonymous with collecting materials such as moving images, photographic images, and sounds. Places included were: Tenjinyama Park, Makomanai Park, Sapporo Art Park, Nakajima Koen, and Shojin River. The presentation was informative with pictures from the bustle, screened wide via projection.

Next up was Hoa Thanh Nguyen. Hoa lives in Australia, following 5 years of study on oil painting in St. Petersburg in Russia. The artist shared with us paintings of boats for emigrants, explaining the invisible issues surrounding borders.
Jack Mclean has been on dual duties: teaching elementary school students art at Tanaka Gakuen while working on his own paintings at Tenjinyama. For the latter Tenjinyama is the suitable environment, the artist says, as it helps him drive away idle thoughts.
